TRADITIONAL FOOD DISHES AROUND THE WORLD

My students at Universidad Especializada de Las Américas were asked to develop a final project about the international traditional food dishes of countries such as Mexico, Panama, China, United States of America, and Italy. Students prepared different stands where they showed up the most popular food dishes, traditions and vital information by using the target language. At the end of the presentations, all of them could enjoy the food dishes. Yummy!

Learners can listen to and practice the English language skills effectively through technology. It is amazing to design your own presentations providing your students meaningful experiences.

EATING HEALTHY TUTORIAL

This tutorial was designed to ESL students in order to guide them in accomplishing a project applying TIC's. I created it using the Camtasia Studio Software and it was a great experience. You can apply it when you are going to be absent from your classes but you want your students to be working on an assignment.
